There is no feature roadmap driven by investor expectations. Products ship when they work, get updated when something genuinely needs to change, and stay alive as long as they earn their place in someone's workflow.

Every product starts from a frustration or a gap — something that should exist but doesn't, or something that exists but works worse than it should.

We keep surface areas small on purpose. A tool that does one thing reliably is more useful than one that does ten things inconsistently. No dark patterns, no artificial hooks to inflate retention numbers.

The stack changes per product — whatever is the right tool for the job. The standard doesn't change: code that a future maintainer can read, and products that users can trust.
