Authenticated scanning
Every scan requires the Hypertag mobile app and a valid user account. There is no anonymous access. Every interaction is attributed to a specific person, device, and timestamp.
Workflow enforcement
Tags operate in pairs — a start tag opens a session, an end tag closes it. The database enforces one active session per user at a time. Completion is not optional.
KPI measurement
Attach duration-based or count-based KPIs to any workflow. Set a target value. Track deviation in real time. Every session produces a measurable output.
Real-time telemetry
Scan events are logged to an append-only event store as they happen. No polling, no batch imports. Data is available for querying the moment it's written.
